Responsibilities:- Assist members enquiries regarding access to superannuation either through early release, retirement or total permanent disability.- Complete complex correspondence for Members/Financial Advisers.- Support and assist call centre staff with technical knowledge to ensure members received correct information for their query.- Assist members with insurance enquires and how to lodge forms for Income Protection and TPD. - Actively contribute to team meeting discussions to ensure delivery of outstanding customer service and ongoing continuous improvement.- Conduct one-on-one interviews with members face-to-face to discuss/explain implications regarding their superannuation.- Effectively manage multiple workflow demands created from Member enquiries via phone, email, face-to-face and post.- Check member correspondence for quality assurance with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy at all times.- Utilise a diplomatic approach to sensitive issues of staff and members, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
