LEArning From Sharing (LEA.F.S) is a software platform designed to foster collaboration, innovation and increase time to market of battery inventions. It allows material research to log experiments and compare battery results. The code is on open-sourced on Github. Written in .net, javascript, postgresql. https://github.com/energycombined/leafs. The platform was piloted in a H2020 horizon subsidy on Sodium-ion batteries with 16 organizations (Universities, SME's and companies), called SIMBA (https://simba-h2020.eu/).

Working ad interim on several projects related to open-source energy innovation, data commons and digital architectures with human, social and cultural values at its centre.Waag operates at the intersection of science, technology and the arts. Their work focuses on emergent technologies as instruments of social change, and is guided by the values of fairness, openness and inclusivity. Waag’s dedicated team of sixty thinkers and makers empowers people to become active citizens through technology.

Designing mini-grids (diesel+solar+batteries) and translating the results into financial models for clients in West-Africa.

Helping to set-up the new venture Kowry Energy, model battery+solar energy solutions for several potential clients in West-Africa using Rolls-Royce-Solutions battery solutions (and other technologies).

Supporting 5 consortia (10-15 members both universities and companies) with their European H2020 proposals. Responsible for writing down (and explaining) the technical story, potential impact and market opportunities of the collaborative innovations, ranging from next-generation battery materials, processes and designs, new battery module and system designs, novel battery management systems and sensors to complete stationary energy storage systems including energy management systems.

We develop a novel robust long-life environmental storage technology, to enable affordable storage of solar and wind energies for off-grid and on-grid consumers.
