I'm Thomas Cervantes, an Analyst for the Solutions team at StackAdapt, with a Computer Engineering B.Eng. from Toronto Metropolitan (Formerly known as Ryerson) University. 💼I am well versed in project and ops applications like Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, and MS Excel. 🗓️I am also fluent in JS, Java, Python, C++/C#, HTML/CSS, MATLAB, SQL, and am constantly learning more. 🖥During my undergraduate engineering program, I have learned and had the opportunity to apply concepts such as software project management, Agile, SCRUM, DSA, OO programming, the software life cycle, software efficiency, DBMS, devOps and others to both school and personal projects. 💻Industry experience as an Application Engineer has developed my passion for Technical Product/Project Management, Front-end development, Agile, and client-facing systems. With technical knowledge and outstanding business communication skills, I excel at bridging the gap between development requirements and business goals in all things product! ⚙️Aside from software engineering and development, I would also like to further sharpen my software architecture and project/product management skills and achieve a CAPM, CSM, and PMP in the near future. 📆In addition to technical skills, I have a great time working in teams, either as a collaborative member or as a strong leader, by effectively communicating with other members and colleagues so that we can boost productivity and reach our goals.
