Through my 6 years in organ, tissue and eye donation, I've developed a passion for saving lives through transplant and research. Though the work can be stressful and emotional at times, nothing compares to the feeling of comforting a donor family or seeing a recipient get a second chance. My focus is always on the patients and families, and I strive to make each interaction meaningful. Collaboration is key in this field - I enjoy supporting my team and working together toward our mission. Whether it's training new staff, improving our processes, or just lending an ear, I'm eager to help in any way I can. I believe open communication and compassion create an environment where we can truly make a difference. I'm excited to bring my experience and care for people to a new role and organization. Most of all, I'm looking for a place where I can continue growing personally and professionally.
