I’ve been successful creating and championing a vision, leading and developing teams, and driving performance growth. One of the most fulfilling parts of my roles was helping team members stretch and grow and accomplish more than they thought possible. It is this passion that has inspired me to partner as a coach with professionals and leaders in achieving their highest potential, performance and fulfillment in work and life. I focus with executives on their ‘Why’ - why do we think, feel and act as we do, and how do we want to think, feel and act to continually grow and be at the top of our game at work and in life?
