• Purchase supplies and materials necessary for the operation of the scene, props, and paint shops as well as the main stage departments. • Coordinate logistics for load-is, load-outs, touring shows, equipment rental, city permits.• Worked closely with shop foreman and set designers to research and find cost effective materials. • Compare pricing and estimates in order to maintain budget control.• Prepare all expense reconciliation paperwork for approval by production manager and payment by the finance department• Act as administrator for all personal documents (W-4 forms, I-9, workers compensation).• Manage shop office: maintain supplies and equipment necessary for smooth operations, prepare weekly payrolls• Track expenses and keep up-to-date forecast documents as requested.• Maintain vendor files, purchase order records and current price lists.• Act as Safety Officer in the Florida St building.
