Warehouse Operations Manager
CurrentOversee all Warehouse Operations including inventory control, inbound operations, outbound operations, quality control, and facilities maintenance. Interface with cross-functional teams/departments, and other shareholders to ensure integrated business decisions are executed correctly.Responsible for company assets valuing over $50 Million with inventory accuracy of 99.98%, same day shipping percentage of 99.92%, and overall quality of 99.65%.Implemented Lean methodology throughout the warehouse resulting in improved process flow. Manage all safety standards and requirements to assure an OSHA compliance are met for entire facility.**Responsible for all aspects of distribution center related to transportation, warehouse, and sanitation of facility, as well as recommending and implementing new operational procedures to increase productivity.● Reduced workplace injuries through training and accountability measures. - Currently 484 days without a recorded workplace injury.
