I am a Vice President with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) and have over 28 years of leadership experience in the environmental industry. I currently serve as the Toledo Office Lead. Prior to joining CEC, I served as the Environmental Commissioner for the City of Toledo. As the Environmental Commissioner, I was responsible for overseeing the Division of Environmental Services which performs many duties including, but not limited to, maintaining compliance with all air and water regulations in the Toledo – Lucas County region, brownfield remediation and redevelopment, emergency response, sustainability, energy efficiency and alternative energy projects. I also served as the Local Air Agency Director, as a contractual agent for the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and has extensive knowledge of local, state and federal environmental regulations.
