1. Directs and supervises program activities to meet YMCA objectives. Expands youth sports program within the community in accordance with strategic and operating plans.2. Secures and schedules athletic fields and facilities. Transports and sets up equipment for games and practices; monitors and purchases necessary sporting equipment as budget permits.3. Creates teams from paid and financially assisted registrations. Organizes and conducts parent orientation meetings, and training and meetings for coaches.4. Develops and distributes team practice and game schedules; trains and schedules sports officials; develops and distributes sports rules, guidelines and handbooks.5. Purchases and distributes team uniforms and awards; coordinates and distributes team photographs.6. Organizes and hosts season parties and events, promoting healthy eating and good nutrition.7. Organizes and conducts sports clinics.8. Assists in the marketing and distribution of youth sports program information, may organize and schedule program registrations. May review and process program scholarship applications.9. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with community organizations.10. Assists in YMCA fund raising activities and special events. Including securing adequate volunteers.11. Responds to all member and community inquiries and complaints in timely manner.12. Assists with Program Committee meetings.13. Compiles program statistics. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of and participation in program.

• Teaches knowledge and skills in physical fitness and health education• Demonstrates and explains basic skills, knowledge, and strategies of sports, and games• Provides appropriate safety instruction and check all equipment to insure the over-all safety of students.• Establishes and maintains standards of student’s behavior needed to teach in a physical education class.• Communicates with parents and school colleagues on students’ progress.• Performs other duties as assigned by the Principal

The Cardinals Kids Club is an exclusive club for younger Cardinals Fans!The membership allowed kids the chance to receive giveaways, tickets, collectables, discounts, front of the line to run the bases, and other one of a kind promotions!The Kids Club had a designated headquarters at Busch Stadium, The Family Pavilion, that allowed kids to take batting practice, see how fast they can throw, play MLB The Show on PS4, and/or to relax and enjoy the game. - I helped with the set up and breakdown of events and sponsored guests booths, assisted the kids with games and answered all patrons questions about the stadium/Cardinals baseball!
