I was employed, during the latter stages of the Programme, as Lead PMO for the People Transition Workstreams, to oversee the completion and formal closure of the Programme. My main tasks included:-• Responsible for the production and tracking of Workstream Project Plans, ensuring Key Deliverables and Milestones were completed on time, reviewing dependencies and escalating any issues. Targets were exceeded for the final number of redundancies (less than 50 against an original target of c300) and a cost saving of over £2million was achieved on the total Redundancy Budget• Responsible for the production of Weekly Highlight Reports, detailing progress against agreed timescales and deliverables• Sole responsibility for the Programmes Financial aspects, including processing invoices, resolving payment issues and authorising timesheets • Produced Formal Closure documentation including Closure Report and Lessons Learned • Implemented and maintained a document repository of evidence for the receiving NHS Organisations• Managed Risks and Issues, escalating urgent items to Senior Management• Produced Resource Plan and justified costs to ensure sufficient resources in place to deliver the work on time• Assisting displaced staff with queries relating to Redundancy and Redeployment Show less

I worked as Lead PMO on a large scale Transition and Transformation Programme, consisting of a Data Centre Migration, Desktop Refresh and out sourcing of support services for a client in the insurance sector (Legal and General). My main focus was managing the governance of the Programme, assisting Project Managers and the management of On-Shore and Off-Shore Programme Office staff.

I worked as key member of the Central Management team delivering a Government White Paper Commitment. My main focus was managing the Governance of the Programme, assisting and advising the National Programme Director and Work Stream leads in the planning, day to day management, reporting and timely delivery of agreed products.
