Communicating with technicians with scheduling of appointments and what to expect with clients needs or wants.Processing payment from clients and vendors. (I was able to prioritize calls and service appointments and was further included in receiving additional calls through the national call center.)Communicating with Warehouse Supervisor regarding purchase orders and scope of work, ensuring proper material in on-site for job or ordered. (Daily communication with the warehouse personnel to ensure proper materials were on hand, discussion of scope of work requested and which technician was skilled for the work.)
