Executed full life cycle implementations of the Blackline Matching and Journals solutions. This involves interfacing the Blackline application with dozens of ERP’s to support accounting and financial professionals in close, reconciliation and reporting capabilities. Through various web service, API and SFTP options to allow the transfer of data, messaging, and controls between systems ranging from the larger ERPs such as SAP and Oracle, to the mid-level PeopleSoft and Dynamics, down to the smaller and even home grown systems. Managed full life cycles of over 80 projects, each different in scope and unique client requirements. Architect of the Design of each projects Journals or Matching solution to include Journal entry UI, validation and workflow design, Open Item matching and clearing, 3 way invoice matching or any of the other BL solutions.Converted business requirements and design structure into functional and technical specifications to determine and communicate the gap analysis and coding needs of the solution. Developed and executed testing plans with all clients including use of various defect resolution tools such as Service Now and LIRAPlanned and supported all cutover activities and hypercare monitoring to reach project stabilization.
