SWWA is a Sydney Water Alliance that covers the whole life cycle of projects from: Problem Definition, Identify Options, Develop Preferred Solution, Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning. The scope is to reduce wet weather overflows in Sydney Catchments. My duties were:•Developed and implemented Project Controls procedures that integrated closely with Accounts and Commercial departments. Commercial integration involved loading P6.7 with subcontractor payment schedules with layouts that mirrored the commercial terms within contracts.•Member of management team monthly reviewing all projects’ progress with responsibility for forecasting and levelling resource requirements between projects.•Successfully trained, mentored and managed two new recruits in Primavera, Scheduling and Project Controls.•Schedule development and progress monitoring / reporting for $350M program of works. The program consists of 23 planning (concept design) projects and 11 EPC projects. Earned value, Cashflow, CPI, SPI, Critical Path and Float analysis for each project produced monthly.•Construction Projects - Integrated Engineering, Procurement and Construction scheduling. The projects were a mix of pipelines, pump stations, treatment plant upgrades, and storage tanks. Some projects were ‘self perform’ where site labour and plant requirements were captured within the schedule.•Fully resource loaded schedules for Planning.•Risk & KPI coordinator including monthly reporting to client and management team.•Responsibility for coordinating all other reporting inputs and outputs (Safety, Quality, Comms, Enviro, HR).•Developed monthly report templates using Excel and Word which look up data from Primavera and other systems. The finished product was deemed to be of 'Print Quality'.•Managed a team of four preparing, reviewing, and publishing all inputs into the monthly progress report.
