• SWWA is a Sydney Water Alliance that covers the whole life cycle of projects from: Problem Definition, Identify Options, Develop Preferred Solution, Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning. The.
• Developed and implemented Project Controls procedures that integrated closely with Accounts and Commercial departments. Commercial integration involved loading P6.7 with subcontractor payment schedules with layouts.
• Member of management team monthly reviewing all projects’ progress with responsibility for forecasting and levelling resource requirements between projects.
• Successfully trained, mentored and managed two new recruits in Primavera, Scheduling and Project Controls.
• Schedule development and progress monitoring / reporting for $350M program of works. The program consists of 23 planning (concept design) projects and 11 EPC projects. Earned value, Cashflow, CPI, SPI, Critical Path.
• Construction Projects - Integrated Engineering, Procurement and Construction scheduling. The projects were a mix of pipelines, pump stations, treatment plant upgrades, and storage tanks. Some projects were ‘self.
