I am a seasoned commercial fashion veteran with 20+ years as a photographer, mentor, and most recently e-comm photography studio leader and consultant. For the postluxury brand M.Gemi, I created the in-house Photography Studio and built it from the ground up. I spearheaded and owned all photography and imaging standards, studio tech, hiring and training, model booking and photographing daily on set. At Rue La La, I streamlined the photography process and evolved the lighting for the on-model sets, changing the way models were lit and photographed to lesson time in postproduction. This resulted in reducing daily operating costs and improving the overall site experience for the customer through better photography.I understand the complex relationship between the creative side and the business side, the push/pull of having it look great and getting onto the site yesterday. I love to create solutions so product can move from the studio and onto the site in the most efficient manner for the customer to enjoy. If you need help in your Studio, I have photographed thousands of product on-model, processed tens of thousands of image files, and trained numerous photographers.I would love to help you too.Specialties: Photography studio leader, developing and implementing process improvement, e-commerce photography, cross-channel photography, studio and location lighting, photographer training, model castings, digital and film cameras.Canon, Profoto, Hensel, Adobe CC, Capture One, EOS Utility.www.timgray.com
