Collaborate with the Director of Flight Training and other management on overseeing jet ground and flight training. Direct point of contact with officials at the FAA to ensure compliance with regulations and guidance. Writing of pilot training manual and other company courseware. Solely developed oceanic training course and obtained FAA oceanic and Class II navigation approval for company. Oversee scheduling and management of contract flight training and outside training providers. Developed new flight planning procedures with partnership with ForeFlight to streamline and integrate scheduling and flight planning between pilots and the Flight Operations Center. Oversaw the development of project management software for the department for use in curriculum creation and new initiatives. Manage the jet curriculum including the development of fully in-house training on multiple aircraft, most recently the PC-24. Other completed projects include dry lease simulator agreements, and emergency and security training programs.

Instruction of over 150 line pilots in a classroom and practical setting. Courses include: Recurrent, initial, and differences training in the Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft, Oceanic, International Operations, and Security Training.

Instructor pilot in the Pilatus PC-12. Duties include initial SIC and upgrade PIC training in the flight training device, PIC upgrade flight training, IOE flight training, SIC line checks, as well as developmental, recurrent, and remedial flight training.

Captain aboard the Pilatus PC-24. PIC duties include aircraft operations, flight planning, ensuring passenger service and safety, weight and balance, and crew coordination.

First officer aboard the Pilatus PC-12. Assisted captain in flight duties; responsible for catering, passenger service, and aircraft preflight and preparation.

Taught primary and advanced flight students, preparing them to obtain their private and commercial pilots certificates and instrument rating. Taught advanced topics such as flight dynamics, weather, aerobatics, crew resource management, and glider operations.

Assisted store management in a variety of tasks vital to the everyday operation of the store. Also oversaw the front registers, pricing and customer issues, hiring, training and a variety of accounting and cash management procedures.
