Designed, implemented, and ran an institutional trading desk and operational infrastructure to support all trading and operations with necessary compliance, support, and controls for a high-turnover, multi-asset class, multi-manager portfolio, supporting a business that scaled from ~$50mm AUM at launch to over $1.6bln AUM.  Risk, Reporting, and Data: Partnered with investing team to design, build, and program proprietary risk management framework, processes, reports, and monitoring for portfolio management, risk management, compliance, and operations.  Systematic AI Strategy: Worked with AI developer to optimize AI strategy for our desired risk/return profile under varied market conditions. Designed efficient product structure and scalable process to implement the strategy with focus on minimizing operational risk, execution cost, and financing cost.  Trading: Products traded include equities, derivatives, commodities, futures, fx, rates products and rates-related derivatives, and an AI-driven systematic strategy. Installed systems and automation to run trading and processes, unaided, with desk volumes topping millions of shares per day, on average.
