  The LIDS Sports Group is an internet and retail business with mall-based, airport, street level and factory outlet locations. LIDS offers officially licensed and branded headwear for collegiate and professional sports teams, as well as other specialty fashion categories.Responsible for receiving and acting upon requests from the more than 1,100 retail stores throughout the U.S. that are experiencing maintenance issues. Triage calls or emails received from the district sales managers, mall management, landlords, or store personnel. Verify issues, create purchase orders, and dispatch contractors to the affected sites.
