I design the service divisions, provide technical authority in procurement and control on final delivery, keeping hold of the overall vision and aims throughout.I've helped central government on complex projects in procurement (CCS), standards delivery and spend control (Cabinet Office), EU Exit (FSA), change portfolio management & resource allocation (IOPC) and many other topics, providing technical expertise that forms their thinking into viable solutions, and game-playing strategies for most effective outcomes.I designed, and expressed in Wardley Maps, a market strategy for UK tourism (Visit Britain), producing the TXGB exchange, and rapidly prototyped a helpdesk during its initial delivery.I've helped private sector clients, including Fortune 100 global names, identify wastage and legacy in their IT provision, and personally strategised their route out, at high level and in detail.Discovery, alpha and private beta for new service delivery, fleet management of MacOS devices for UK Parliament, including high cybersecurity requirements.Ran a combined technical and user-need based discovery into DIT's disparate information sharing and collaboration platforms, resulting in consolidation suggestions for tooling and improvement plan for the corporate intranet, covering operatives and agents around the world.Helped a premium cycling events company to reimagine their pandemic-impacted offerings. The team produced a strategy, rebranding and changed relationship with their customers by creating a digital membership, integrated website and community app, and an approach to virtual cycling events.
