Customer Experience Manager
CurrentManage the IntervalZero Customer Experience team responsible for developing comprehensive product documentation (online and PDF), graphical user interfaces, websites, and video tutorials.Design, develop, and optimize customer-product interaction; UX/UI design and wireframing; graphic design (icons, logos, installer graphics); website design (WordPress, HTML/CSS), support, and optimization; write, edit, and publish comprehensive Help systems and product documentation for IntervalZero's real-time products and tools, including release notes, tutorials, technical notes, installation guides, and deployment guides; coordinate the presentation and distribution of technical content; storyboard, production, and voiceover narration for video tutorials highlighting product functionality; define standards and styles for customer-facing communications; plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks of varying scope concurrently and on schedule.
