Working with the Business and Technology divisions, to own the outcomes for strategic roll out of transformative technology projects across Arq Group/Webcentral.Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for the reliable delivery of transformation projects that delivered systems and platforms for internal stakeholders.• Internal consultant to the business to identify needs, recommend solutions at a strategic level.• Ensuring alignment of projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage project teams, achieve milestones, and communicate the results across a stakeholder audience.• Ensuring internal stakeholder outcomes satisfaction and change management.Webcentral Group rebranded from Arq Group in May 2020 after successfully divesting of our Enterprise division and returning to our SMB customer roots

• Managing the implementation team, which includes 7 direct staff members in both Sydney and Melbourne• Overseeing the delivery of products within the Elmo Talent Management software suite• Overseeing client projects, including the development, configuration, client liaising and stakeholder management and meeting client project requirements• Providing day to day leadership to the implementation consultants that ensures a high standard of customer experience and proactive personalised service is delivered to new and existing customers.• Designing and developing best practice implementation standards for ELMO Talent Management solutions• Establish and maintain long term relationships with key internal stakeholders

Solutions delivered include: • Recruitment system • Onboarding system • Learning Management system • Performance Management system • Course Library • Course Builder Managing client projects, including the development, configuration, client liaising and stakeholder management, in a way that meets client deadlines; Analysing client business needs to develop a thorough understanding; Provide consultation regarding best practice approach to talent management for SME / Enterprise size organisations to streamline HR processes Conducting extensive training sessions for client administrators on system functionality

- Co-ordinate the logistical requirement of training workshops and training rollouts nationally.- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with Learning Managers, program owners and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of training workshops.- SME on Westpac LMS - manage, maintain and administrate group wide LMS. Plus system testing for LMS upgrades

HR– - Provide clear and accurate policy advice to staff and managers on Westpac and Westpac subsidiaries policies and industrial agreements.- To resolve internal customer HR issues by liaising with HR centers of excellence within the Westpac Group such as Payroll, Remuneration, Employee Relations and Workers Compensation teams.- Proactively provide advice, guidance and coaching for people leaders through the end to end process of performance management.- Providing assistance in navigating the self service HR system.Payroll-- Answer & resolve payroll telephone enquiries- Issue resolution of complex reconciliations (pay, leave accruals, super)- Processing of complex backend Payroll transactions- Delivering superior customers service to a diverse range of employees comprising of packaged, specialists and award personnelLearning-- Responding to queries from employees and managers about accessing and using the LMS- Support and guidance for employees as to appropriate courses for their position or for up skilling.- Managing the escalation process with the escalation team in the event of course or system issues.- Assisting managers with any reporting requirements generated from the LMS
