In this role, I oversee the development and creation of written content to support Liaison’s growth goals. I write and edit clear, concise, engaging, and action-oriented copy for our B2B and B2C websites, marketing campaigns, and related collateral while adhering to a consistent voice and tone. I articulate complex topics in a clear and accessible manner, analyze and improve content to ensure it is optimized for search engines (SEO), and use a variety of AI tools to conduct topic and keyword research.

Over the past 30+ years, I have written an extensive variety of content for businesses in the financial services, software, technology, media, and marketing industries, including: business profiles; corporate marketing communications projects; SEO copy; radio advertising copy; travel and feature writing; corporate newsletters; product brochures; news reporting; and volunteer grant writing for a local non-profit organization. I am also the author of The Standard & Poor’s Guide to Personal Finance, which was published by McGraw-Hill.
