- Provided over site on military installations in CA (Camp Pendleton, Nebo, Yermo, and Fort Irwin.- Bid and sold projects, provided onsite supervision and support, as well as maintained close relations with NAVFAC and Army Corp of Engineers.- Was awarded over $15,000,000 in project contracts: Nebo Sewage Treatment Facility Renovation, Ground Up Dental.

- Supplied and installed door frames and hardware for new ground up multifamily projects throughout So Cal.- Started as a Field PM installing, supervising, and managing job costs before promoting to selling and managing entire projects.- Managed the renovation of 65 units at the Beverly Hills Hotel, Hanford Hotel, several ground-ups with Casden.
