- Advised a client on a scheme's exit from the PPF through to full buy-out (as a result of financial recoveries), as well as managing a large scale member complaint exercise.- Advised the trustees on a GBP350 million buy-in.- Advised trustees on the implementation of an asset backed funding structure which involved the use of commercial property.- Advised a number of employers with regards to section 75 debt management through the use of a flexible apportionment arrangement.
