About Thomas Kramer

With over 15 years of experience in the IT field, I am a passionate and dedicated IT Director at the City of Oak Creek, where I oversee all facets of the technology in the City. This includes voice, teleconference, network, network security and systems infrastructure for the City and its contracted entities. I have a Master's of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, as well as multiple certifications from CompTIA and GIAC. My mission is to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of the IT systems and services that support the City's operations and goals.In my current role, I design, implement, and maintain the City's IT infrastructure. I also develop and maintain internal programs, web pages, and scripts, and provide support to all departments. Additionally, I collaborate with external partners and vendors, and manage projects and contracts related to IT. I am proud of being part of a team that delivers high-quality IT solutions that enhance the City's performance.
