Operating in over 60 countries, Frank’s provides services to both onshore and offshore operators.• Restructured compensation and career framework as part of global HR transformation.• Implemented global, cloud-based HRIS and CPM applications to support enterprise transformation.• Worked closely with the C Suite and the Board of Directors to identify Strategic Opportunities and develop Corporate Strategy. • Partnered with CFO and COO to implement 2-year, enterprise-wide transformation by implementing Lean program. Reduced cost in HR operations by over $5 million.• Drove payroll errors to zero. Reducing cost and rework by $20 million.• Managed global HRIS and PMO teams with project portfolio in excess of $30 million.• Directed teams that identified gaps in key global processes and procedures.
