As Business Product Manager at MyKnowledgeMap, I am responsible for Product Programmes, Product Readiness, and Product Support for our two major products: - Myprogress, a tool for mobile observational assessments. It's used a lot in medical and healthcare education, and areas where gathering electronic evidence of people's competence and skills is useful, but where it may be impossible to get online. - Myshowcase.me, a personal portfolio for recording and showcasing lifelong experiences. I am responsible for generating new business leads for these products, for coming up with marketing plans that will lead to the acquisition of new customers, and for ensuring that the products develop in such a way that we retain existing customers.

I was responsible for account-managing virtual learning projects with international clients. This was a board-level role, with emphasis on account management, technical, project management, teamworking and leadership skills.Duties included - Managing MyKnowledgeMap's key accounts in the southern region,including Fortune Global 500 companies (3M, Vodafone), professional institutes (CIPD, CMI), and public bodies (The National Skills Academies, Sector Skills Councils) - Building relationships with our clients to create customised training programmes, for example rolling out a management development programme for an international oilfield services company - Managing programmes of customer and partner events---for example, organising a successful roadshow to promote and build a community around our open-source Moodle CPD plugin, MyShowcase. - Project management of capability development initiatives with our blue-chip clients; and working with academic partners, including business schools and medical schools.
