Identify stakeholder launch support needs and pain points and build a plan/team to address them. Improve and automate client and server pipelines to build, test, and deploy software faster and more reliably. Deploy, monitor, and maintain all game server cloud infrastructure using RightScale and AWS. Work directly with the IT department to optimize help desk ticket flow and implement SLAs. Create and maintain all internal/external documentation, including roadmaps, release checklists, and how-to guides in order to ensure efficiency, quality, and to propagate best practices across the studio. Provide leadership training including creating and supporting a company public speaking group.
