My style is friendly and informal; however, I am not afraid to challenge or give honest feedback. My training is in psychology based coaching and I am accredited as a Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), ILM Level 7, CMI Level 7.I provide coaching in the following areas:• CAREER COACHING – I work with individuals who are looking to make the most of their career, looking at what they want out of their career and working life, evaluating options, questioning assumptions and encouraging them to open their minds to the possibilities available.  • EXECUTIVE COACHING - I act as a completely independent sounding board and challenge assumptions, helping to reset thinking to achieve a behavioural change brought about by an increase in self-awareness. Established an Interim management recruitment company based in the North of England. Also co-founded an networking group, Interims North which held regular face to face networking events for interims.

I set up a Manchester office for Interim Performers growing from no presence to a team of 7. Interim Performers specialised in interim HR assignments and I placed a variety of HR interims including HRD, Shared Services specialist, HR Business Partners, Employee and Industrial Relations specialists amongst others.
