I had many responsibilities like advising customers on using OpenStack Cloud computing software for public/hybrid/private cloud infrastructures architectures, implementation, and best practices. I also assist and provide guidance on OpenStack CLIs, (Supernova, Nova, Rack CLI) and Rackspace OpenStack Public Cloud RESTful API documentation and SDKs (Python and PHP ). I act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for our team and individual technical development and building technical acumen within Hybrid and Public Cloud. I worked with my assigned customer base to develop their IT cloud strategy and provided planning assistance for growing their projects with our Infrastructure Sales team.
