As a Knowledge Management Administrator, I support the effective management and utilisation of information and knowledge within the organisation. I work closely with the Knowledge Management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, providing functional support through customer inquiries and system administration. My role includes managing user accounts, conducting regular system audits, testing system upgrades, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, I help train staff and maintain data integrity across Knowledge Management systems, while promoting collaboration and communication across many different teams. My focus is on delivering high-quality administrative support to enable the team to meet its goals efficiently.I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in data and systems analysis, programming, and cyber security. I enjoy working with people and technology, and I aim to leverage both sides of my skills to contribute to my workplace. My goal is to continue learning and growing in this dynamic and challenging field.
