Responsible for the procurement of finished goods and raw materials for over 190 products. Manages the complete supply chain for these items.

Responsible for creating and directing all facets of Siren’s Logistics and Customer Care. This includes managing all logistics from manufacturer to customer, reverse logistics, customer care, and e-commerce. Primary duties include:- Initial creation and ongoing direction of Siren’s complete supply chain to and from Siren’s customers including Wal-Mart and Circuit City.- Working with Siren’s overseas manufacturers to import goods from manufacturer to Siren’s warehouse. - Initial creation and ongoing direction of Siren’s Customer Care team responsible for an average of 15,000 customer interactions per year.- Setup and management of EDI solutions to ensure 100% vendor compliance- Working as the retail analyst in day-to-day management of inventory and forecasting for Siren's $22M a year business - Utilizing vendor portal sites to proactively manage product rollouts, changes in demand, and exit strategies with Siren’s customers’ buying and replenishment teams

Responsible for re-engineering the company direction in Customer Care and working with Engineering, Product Development, Marketing and the manufacturer to ensure each product launched was of high quality and presented properly all the way from the retail buyer to the end user. Primary duties included:- Created and managed an initiative to reduce the overall cost of Customer Care operations by 60% while improving the overall customer experience- Redesigned and launched a new Oregon Scientific US e-store and managed the day to day functions of the e-store- Trained and updated the Oregon Scientific sales team on products that spanned from LCD (thermometers and clocks), Sports & Fitness, Personal Information Products (cameras), Personal Audio (MP3, voice recorders), and Telecom (telephones, 2-way radios) lines- Designed QA test plans and procedures and managed their execution
