Travis was the 1st person to bring Lean transformational experience and processes to Express Scripts. Over the course of 11 years, Travis hired more than 30 Lean professionals, installed a Lean principle based Pharmacy Operating Business System, and achieved 30% - 50% year over year improvements in patient safety, service, cost, and productivity. The most outstanding accomplishment was taking patient safety from 150 DPMO/month to achieving 0 DPMO/month.
