Largest scope of responsibility includes having led a $1 Billion budget, 10,000 employees, 30 sites, built and designed 4 greenfield sites, and participated in 4 major acquisitions. Travis was the 1st person to bring Lean transformational experience and processes to Express Scripts. Over the course of 11 years, Travis hired more than 30 Lean professionals, installed a Lean principle based Pharmacy Operating Business System, and achieved 30% - 50% year over year improvements in patient safety, service, cost, and productivity. The most outstanding accomplishment was taking patient safety from 150 DPMO/month to achieving 0 DPMO/month. Travis graduated as Valedictorian 3 times in his life: high school, undergraduate degree, and master’s degree. Degrees include a B.S.
