A few of the highlights of my current role:-Successfully transitioned site to SAPCommerce, and then subsequently integrated technologies that support the best customer experience possible (ZenDesk, Marketo, Emersys)-Lead, via the product owner, a large group of developers based out of India who implement the agile sprint process to successfully improve the site experience and infrastructure.-Have grown top line revenue and the correlating bottom line profitability (EBIT) consistently throughout ERP/front end integrations and challenging market conditions.-Directly oversaw the curation of the 65,000+ SKU online catalog to ensure it was merchandised and priced for successI continue to enjoy and excel in the eCommerce industry because I am truly passionate about the ecommerce industry as a whole and my drive to find and implement better solutions is resolute.
