 Organizing manpower, manage support equipments affectively to satisfy training demand of all Departments on time. Manage, train and improve subordinate Train hard skill and soft skill for indirect staffs Make plan and compose training documents: Evaluate after Training (hard/soft skill) for all employees Develop OJT training for new employees. Source and manage external consultants in the provision of meeting specific training needs as requested by all department  Make plan, setup, improve training & appreciation system for staffs and workers of all departments  Plan and organize skill evaluation programe for workers (welder, grinder...)  Make plan of re-training for direct employees. Develop and control the Training budgets.  Suggest solutions to improve effective training Actively support other Departments if they have demand of training. Manage training room and training materials for assets preservation.Assist HR Director in development of Human Resource function related training programmes
