I work at the scale of individuals, teams, and organizations to crystallize values, articulate visions for the future, optimize systems, and build community strength.I have served individuals and organizations as a coach, consultant, psychotherapist, hiring manager, business development manager, brand manager, director of operations, and team-building workshop leader. In recent years, my work has shifted towards Creative, Life, and Small Business Coaching. As a deep listener driven by curiosity and care, I love uncovering and honing the core values, the “gold,” that undergirds individuals, creative projects, and business plans, then co-developing the polestars and systems to provide growth, resilience, and a clear path forward even in times of adversity and uncertainty.I grew up in a small town in rural Northern California, an experience which deeply ingrained in me the importance of community membership and long term relationships.
