I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business Management from Christ College, Cuttack in August 2023. I have been working with LanceSoft since November 2023, learning the ropes of the healthcare recruiting industry and developing my skills in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for various healthcare positions. I am passionate about helping healthcare professionals find their ideal jobs and supporting healthcare organizations in meeting their staffing needs.
