Currently working as Technical Lead Assurance Solution Architect at MYCOM OSI EAMEA for stc Project based in Riyadh.Major responsibilities include to lead a team of Delivery System Engineers to deliver project tasks to stc.It includes analyzing the Data (PM/CM/Inventory etc ) of various Telco vendors (Cisco,Ericsson,Huawei,Nokia, Juniper etc) from EMS/NMS/OSS systems, design and deployment of adaptors/plugins to integrate with MYCOMOSI UPM (Unified Performance Management), platform (virtualized microservices/docker containers) Redhat OpenShift based)upgrades. Other activities include to liaise with Cloud Infrastructure Tech Lead and Technology Performance Leads to understand the technical issues user communities are facing in reporting or monitoring the network and propose solutions that MYCOMOSI can deliver. It may include design & delivery of onsite solutions, new features request etc. Beside these, also responsible to manage the technical aspects of the Project deliverables, keep tracking of delivery SLAs, acceptance of deliverables. A single point of contact for all Technical discussions, proposal, UPM deliverables and follow-ups. Timely deliveries by allocating tasks among onsite and offshore team members. Coordination with all peers to unblock and expedite the deliverables by providing technical assistances, making technical decisions to have smooth solution deliveries. Worked as OSS Consultant at FPG to provide Technical support to Huawei UAE for du Managed Services Project UAE. Pakistan

Worked in Huawei Pakistan Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Islamabad as BSS M2000 Engineer (OSS Engineer) to provide Technical support regarding BSS M2000 issues to 2G (GSM O&M ) UFONE,CMPak WARID & Mobilink GSM & 3G(CDMA) projects of Pakistan Telecommunication Corporation Limited (PTCL) and World Call Pakistan. Main Responsibilities included Corrective and Preventive maintenance & troubleshooting of iManager M2000 (SUN Microsystems with Sybase Huawei’s server for Centralized Network Management), Solaris 8/10 & Sybase 12/15.  Troubleshooting of NE disconnection and Southbound/Northbound Interfaces. Synchronization of missing Performance data on southbound & northbound. Configuration of different types of Northbound interfaces like, Alarm Streaming & Performance File interfaces. M2000 software version and Patch up gradations. Taking various kinds of backup on magnetic tapes like Operating System, Static and Dynamic Backup. Coordination with Huawei’s HQ GTAC and R&D for advanced level issues. Installations of NEs Mediation/M2000 adopters. Monthly Health check of M2000 server through OMCAutoStar Healthcheck tool & performing Healthchecks before major events like Ramdan/EID etc. Creating/registering, unregistering & querying of the Performance Measurement (KPIs) Tasks/counters.  Monitor and manage the system processes, database usage & average CPU usages of the servers & measuring the current equivalent NE Management Capacity of the servers. Cut over of NEs from one server to another.  Changing the Time Zone/DST of the servers every year.  Closing of Trouble Tickets according to defined SLA. Delivering Trainings regarding M2000 to the Customer’s Engineers.

Worked as BSS Shift Engineer in HUAWEI on the project of Managed Services (OMC) of PTCL CDMA Phase II Project. Main Responsibilities included Worked in OMCR to monitor alarms & solve Level –I issues.  To move and manage the field Engineers to the sites.  To provide OMCR related support to the field Engineers for corrective & preventive maintenance. Health check of CBSCs through MAINEX (Huawei’s Health check Tool). Closing of TTs & handling of customer queries.
