Bauer Performance Sports Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers of ice hockey equipment, fitness and recreational skates, and apparel. Bauer acquired Cascade which is a sports manufacturer based in Liverpool, New York. It manufacturers both youth and men's lacrosse helmets, and women’s lacrosse field hockey eye wear. The implementation was done to bring the processes of newly acquired company Cascade , Liverpool in NY in to SAP. I designed a SAP solution for the manufacturing area with variant configuration.

Kids Head Quarter (KHQ) is the largest brand in US in which distributed kid’s cloths tall retailers in US. After the go-live, the client faced many challenges due to the lack of training in handling the SAP related issues. I was in-charge of sorting out issues with regard to Material management and sales and distribution modules of Sean John division. Trained the users to run the SAP transactions without any errors.

With an annual turnover of over $15 billion (2010), the group operates an extensive global supplier network to support growth. After acquiring VZI footwear a new SAP implementation was carried out to get the Footwear processes to SAP and I lead this project to get MM and SD processes to SAP.

Strellson AG is Switzerland's largest menswear manufacturer. It belongs to the company group Holy Fashion Group and produces mid-range products aimed at men between 25 and 40. The company had gone live with SAP and faced many challenges with regards to the enhancements. I worked with this client to identify the resolve all the challenges of their major enhancements such and production and purchasing order cockpits.

With a turnover exceeding $2 billion, Warnaco is a public apparel corporation based in the US. It designs, sources, manufactures (not presently) and distributes a wide range of swimwear products. Their product portfolio includes leading brands names including Speedo, Calvin Klein and Chaps. The company operated multiple manufacturing plants in Mexico and several distribution centers across the US and Canada. When I came to this project it was on hold because the manufacturing solution was not good enough to meet clients requirements. Provided a comprehensive SAP solution to keep the orders tractability which helped client to go-live with SAP functionality

Founded in 1986, MAS designs make underwear and sportswear through its MAS Intimates and MAS Active divisions. The Sri Lankan company currently comprises 28 factories and design studios across 5 countries employing over 60,000 people.MAS is the first company in Sri Lanka that decided to implement SAP in its all strategic business units in 1998. I was selected to lead the manufacturing and planning process. After successful implementation of SAP AFS at Slimline, I became the lead PP consultant in all the roll outs done for the below companies.1. Intimate Apparel - Panadura , Sri Lanka2. I was the head of the planning and purchasing department that was responsible for procuring raw materials. I joined the company as a sourcing/planning manager and worked directly with clients and account managers of the marketing department in order to plan the manufacturing plants. A complete capacity planning , detail production planning and fabric purchasing plans were introduced to the company and as a result cost saving were done in the areas of meeting customer commitments on time, reducing inventory holding cost and stock write offs.
