As ArtCore’s first shared marketing person, I was responsible for owning communications and marketing for the three organizations.

I joined Health Literacy Missouri for a year to support marketing efforts and a major organizational rebranding. Responsibilities included social media, website building and maintenance, design, photography, video, writing, and more for one of the nation's foremost health literacy organizations.Highlights: Helped rebrand the organization from concept to near-completion. I built a website and content management platform based on Wordpress and helped others learn how to build, maintain on, and update the platform. (Keep an eye out for a fresh new Health Literacy Missouri in Q3 2015.)I also gained knowledge of - and an appreciation for - simple, clear, and accessible writing and marketing communications.

St. Louis

I helped support and advance marketing goals for the Missouri state chapter of an international conservation organization. I gained knowledge of, and passion for, conservation and environmental work.Highlights: I contributed to the organization through writing, photography, video, design, concept-to-completion development of marketing campaigns and collateral, and much more. The scope of my work and responsibility extended far beyond the title of "Intern", and I'm incredibly fortunate to have gotten such an amazing experience.
