• Designing and developing the Timeboxed delivery of product increments in each monthly sprint using the AGILE-SCRUM method, which included developing Product Backlog with product owners, identifying EPICS, breaking.
• Drafting AS-IS and TO-BE architecture and performing gap analysis by defining the GAP analysis matrix.
• Preparing solution blueprint documents (HLD), reviewing LLDs and finalising solutions, which includes detailed solution design of impacted systems, MoP of major system software upgrades and DB upgrades.

• Collaborating with the client’s project team and the pre-sales team to work on RFP and PoC projects including Intelligent Network systems, IVR applications, voucher servers, PCRFs and billing platforms.
• Performing dimensioning analysis of customers’ networks, including hardware dimensioning and software licensing requirements based on subscriber database, as well as peak-hour traffic statistics provided by marketing.
• Preparing data migration strategies stating detailed steps of customer data migration and live traffic migration from the legacy system to the new system.
• Preparing high-level design documentation (HLD), Network Impact Reports (NIR) and Acceptance Documents (AT) for OCS, VMS and PCRF upgrades and expansion and migration projects, as well as business configuration projects.
