Analyzed wait times, clarity of information from healthcare provider to patient and ease of moving between appointments during day. Created patient resource binders. HR - Compensation and Benefits (Summer 2014 - Spring 2015): Assisted in merging of position descriptions and titles to align IT department descriptions from two organizations to one. I have a passion with working with student-athletes and helping them learn and grow as unique individuals through the lens of sports. I plan and facilitate daily sports practices. I Mentor high school students by teaching student-athletes transferrable skills learned through sports such as: team-work, communication, confidence, multi-tasking, responsibility, hard-work and more. I help tutor student-athletes in various school subjects as it is important to me that each athlete excels academically as well as athletically.
