I'm Vitória, 25 years old, and I'm currently the Operations Team Supervisor - Backoffice Systems Integration Analysis at Best2Bee. I am also studying two degrees, Computer Science at Estácio and Information and Computer Technology at FAETERJ. Between 2017 and 2020, I studied Computer Engineering at the Universidade Católica de Petrópolis, a course that I chose to interrupt due to the COVID-19 pandemic after studying for 6 semesters, where I acquired knowledge of Computer Logic, Structured Programming in C Language, Microcomputer Programming (Arduino), Project Management, among other subjects. My first experience in the technology sector was as an intern in Computer Network ServiceDesk at Orange Business Services, where I stayed for 6 months in 2018. Despite this, my first professional experience was not in the technology area, but in the management of a commercial establishment, working as a cashier, managing employees, administering stores, purchasing, and others; at Padaria San Laurent between 2017 and 2021.In 2021, I joined Serratec's ICT/Software Residency in partnership with the Full Stack Developer course at FIRJAN/SENAI. The residency provided me with learning in the areas of Logic, Database in SQL, Scrum, Object-Oriented Programming in Java, FrontEnd with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and React, Development of Resful APIs, Development of Mobile Applications with React Native, Git and GitHub, among many other skills for my professional career.After the residency, at the end of 2021, I was hired as an integration developer at Best2Bee, working with integration analysis in Backoffice systems and, 1 year and 10 months later, I was promoted to leader of the N1 team, being responsible for the Operations analyst team. Since June 2024, I have been the supervisor of the operations team.
