I project manage the creation and design of electronic and hard copy publications. I also arrange the print and mailing. This includes newsletters with circulation lists of over 25K, and in-depth technical guides. I liaise with internal teams, and external suppliers and agencies to ensure the projects come in on time, within budget and in-line with AHDB brand integrity. I enjoy looking at new ways of using publications to transfer knowledge including the use of augmented reality, videos and making them more accessible using apps.

I produced and edited content for all digital communications and social media. In addition to this I managed and edited content, in liaison with the Knowledge Exchange staff, for a fortnightly trade press column. I dealt with press enquiries, wrote and sent out press releases. Additionally, I led on the implementation of the CRM database system, developing the database alongside the IT team to meet the complex needs of the users. I was also responsible for devising and delivering training and support to staff.

As a Communications Administrator in AHDB Horticulture, I supported the Publications Executive to produce high quality outputs by sourcing images, proofreading literature and writing covering letters to accompany the literature. In addition to this I liaised with suppliers, agencies and AHDB staff and helped to ensure the timely release of our literature. I also raised invoices and helped to track project spending.

I was responsible for liaising with the court, clients and solicitors, loading court ordered reports and orders, and general administrative work. Good time management and a high level of accuracy are essential for the fast paced environment. Acted up as a Case Administrator for the last 4 months of employment.

Staffordshire and West Midlands Probation Service- Greencoat House- 7th of September to January 2013.The main tasks included welcoming clients and logging their arrivals, acting as a switchboard and completing administrative duties. Yellow Pages- 9th- 17th of AugustOutbound customer service and tracking files using the SAP systems were the main duties during this time. Unison- 26th July- 6th of August Responsibilities included a range of administrative tasks and acting as telephone and reception first line contact for members & their queries.

I served customers from behind the bar, networking with regular and new customers and building relationships with them. I was adaptable and attentive to each customers individual needs and requirements during their meal. During table service I cleared tables after each customer and relay, ready for the next customers.
