I am working as Assistant Manager - Recruitment.Having sound experience of recruitment in Various Domain (IT & Non IT) since last 8 years. Responsible for the Assessment of the appropriate Talent for Inhouse requirement. Engaged in Coordination with HOD's for the preparation of Job Description and aligning the recruitment process. Maintaining Dashboards & MIS (Documentation, Tracker, Updates of Candidates etc). Key Responsibilities:-• Assessment of Talent / Recruitment / Interviewing Talent• Vendor Management• Periodic interaction with the Business to understand/analyze present & future forecast requirements and thus accordingly setting up the right expectations with the business on sourcing strategy.• Preparing Job Descriptions• Recruitment & Selection 1. To source out candidates from various sources. 2. To post the openings on Job Portals. 3. To deal with the Vendors for sourcing candidates. 4. Liaise with educational institutes for conducting campus recruitment 5. To conduct interviews and select the appropriate Talent• Timely preparation & release of various reports i.e. database, Recruitment Status, Ideal-Actual etc• Generating weekly and monthly Dashboards & MIS reports.
