We develop and provide corporate solutions of handling mission critical applications.RESPONSIBILITIES: • To understand the requirements of a client’s needs and deliver qualified consultants.• Sourcing, identifying, and screening potential candidates for contract openings with Client’s Projects.• Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in the specified region.• Developed strong relationships with hiring managers to better understand their staffing needs.• Pre-screened resumes prior to sending to hiring managers for consideration.• Taking interviews of prospective candidates and educating candidates on client’s process.• Attending Daily client calls to discuss open requirements and tracking submissions.• Negotiate compensation/salary, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals from other qualified consultants.• Submit qualified candidates to open positions/job requirements.• Coordinating and scheduling the interview process with the client’s Hiring manager through the sales team.• Assigning daily requirements to team.• ATS – Ceipal.• Generating reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis and sharing with the managements.• Maintaining strong partnership relationships with clients, acting as trusted advisor with hiring managers for open positions and pipeline development for future needs• Providing full life cycle recruiting - Sourcing, screening, and interviewing viable candidates, offer negotiations, reference check and on boarding formalities via ATS (Ceipal) for open positions including permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire positions.
