Provide support to an organization in finding the qualified candidates for vacant job positions.Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (W2).Familiarity with ATS, VMS and different job portals.Procure people for different Healthcare & Non-IT RequirementsReview large number of resumes or curriculum vitaeResearch for job fairs, job seminars and involve in cold calling, referral recruiting, etc., to get the right candidate.Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.

Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.Work on strategic global hiring programs.Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.Procure people for different Non-IT Requirements.Use niche platforms related to Non-IT, to source potential candidates.Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (W2).Familiarity with different job boards like CB, Monster & Dice.
