Managing data center auditing, installations, and removals for equipment at 3 different Data Center locations around the mumbai, including facilities Performing some onsite and hands on activities, Also work with data center environmental systems such as Liebert power systems, Delta/Schneider PDU, CRAC heating and cooling systems temperature and humidity sensors, Caterpillar generator systems, Reviewing Monthly, Quarterly PPM and focusing more on improving DC standards wrt (PUE, Billing, Infrastructure Contracts and Bonds, SLA Agreements, etc.).

1.Submission of Daily Reports to client timely.2.Monthly MOP preparation & updating CASE ID in Sify Portal.3.Raising CMID for scheduled PM and executing and closing the same.4.Monthly Vendor communication to OEM as per Yearly PM calendar.5.Maintaining all System PM Report records & updating monthly PM calendar.6.Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Electrical System. (100 KV Sub Station to Customers Racks).7.Operations of HSD System with 180 KL Diesel Storage capacity.8.Operation & Maintenance of APFC Panels.Operation & Maintenance of UPS (Delta, Reillo, Socomec, Vertiv).9.Operation & Maintenance of Precision Power Center10.Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of entire Data Centers HVAC System.11.Overall Supervision of all Technical Facilities including operation and maintenance, of all equipment and systems.12.Preparing KWH Billing to the various clients based on Monthly KWH consumptions & submitting it to Admin.13.Taking care of New Server racks arrivals, installations & Power, cooling requirements whenever new server racks are arriving at site. Co-coordinating for Site Audit from Third Party & Clients.14.Co-ordination to Sify Projects at the time of New floors hand-over, preparing the snag list & get it rectified by the Projects vendors.15.Conducting System Monthly Training at site (Technical)16.Supervision and operating technical team for their shift schedule and attendance.17.Imparting training and guidance to technical team as per training calendar and documenting the same.18.Conducting Quarterly review meeting with vendors and helping in improvising the support and accordingly grading them.19.Updating and maintain records of Asset Register of Site.20.Preparation of new MOP, SOP and EOPs and documenting the same.

Job ResponsibilitiesManage Data centre infrastructure (Non-IT) power & Cooling equipment operation and maintenance Activities.Manage operations and maintenance team to ensure comprehensive data Center availabilities,Incident management & response. Root analysis, taking corrective action and Reporting to higher management.Leading new implementation, integration,upgradation and change management. Responsible for spare part management and equipment warrantee management. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual preventive maintenance program. Leading operations and maintenance team to execute Regular preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance in case of sudden fault.Team Management, managing time schedules, deliverables and maintaining overall project quality. Negotiate & liaise for vendor/partner/principle support for equipment operation, fault and warrantee managementManage, negotiate & liaise with Service Providers and Vendors.
