Working with TCS as a PreSales and Solution consultant in field service domain for ServiceMax andSalesforce FSL applications. I also take care of the joint GTM with partner alliances. Before this I worked as Transition lead for supply chain management process. I was responsible to learn and stabilize the process in TCS, which we took over from another service provider. working with TCS as a PreSales and solution consultant for ServiceMax andSalesforce FSL applications. I took ServiceMax 101 and 201 certification. I also take care of the joint GTM with partner alliance teams.Since the management is convinced about my quick learning capacity, positive thinking, fresh thoughts, quick problem solving and more over my hard working nature, I also got opportunity to work as Transition lead before my current role. As a transition lead I was in charge to find out process improvement solutions and prepare guide lines for new joiners. As this was very much aligned to my interest, I worked hard to accomplish my responsibilities. I have done certification in ServiceMax and Sitetracker, also doing trainings in salesforceTrailhead
