I help to design better agents' experiences at Rogers Communications mainly through different tools: Oneview, which allows them to navigate the customers' accounts to assist them; supporting tools like authentication flows and bot chat (that uses Artificial Intelligence, AI) for agents; and 1Source, a platform that offers content to agents about several subjects regarding offers, products, etc.I'm involved in:- Following research efforts and gathering insights from user research and other sources.- Gathering information from Product Owners and other stakeholders to better understand the company's and users' needs.- Migration and organization of files from Abstract/Sketch to Figma.- Creating boards (on Figjam) to brainstorm new structures or information structures.- Creating new components and icons on Figma.- Wireframing and prototyping on Figma.- Microcopy for the interface design.- Documentation and handoff to developers.- Presentation of the designs to stakeholders.- Working closely with Product Owners, Design Lead, Design Manager, Developers, and Content and Design Systems teams.

As part of a team of UX interns, I did user research, current state analysis, personas, user journeys, low and high fidelity wireframes, content strategy, information architecture, prototype (on Adobe XD), and testings. I was more involved in the design thinking and user experience of Skinopathy's EMR platform. My team interacted with all the team including Developers and Engineers, and I also created documentation for the developers to apply the design requirements correctly.Main result:• Our work was recognized internally in the company by the level of detail and by facilitating the journey for the users, doctors and administrative staff.
