As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of BridgeYear, I lead the organization's mission to be the on-ramp to economic mobility for individuals from underserved communities. We connect students to high-growth, high-demand careers and the educational credentials needed to obtain them through hands-on "Career Test Drives."
